An India-based company with international offices sought our Outsourced Recruiting services to provide a comprehensive, quality solution to start-up a US office. The client specializes in bringing international students into the US for their undergraduate and graduate degrees.
The FosterThomas Outsourced Recruiting team was tasked with staffing their entire US team. We worked jointly with their US CEO, as well as Indian leadership to provide full lifecycle recruiting for positions including: Director of Development, Director of US Operations and numerous Academic Advisors nationwide. Additionally, those positions were tasked with developing relationships with colleges and universities. The team we put together is an exceptional group of very well-educated and respected individuals who bring vast experience from the higher education realm.
To date, FosterThomas has facilitated the full lifecycle recruitment process of 8 individuals for the US office of this International client.
We also assisted with numerous HR functions, such as on-boarding of new hires, employee relations and policies and procedures.
